CANCELLATION POLICY
***Cancellation & No-Show Policy*** Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request your cooperation with the following: * 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. * Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booked service value. * No-Shows: * Appointments missed without any prior notice (no-shows) will be charged a no-show fee equal to 50% of the booked service value. * Late Arrivals: * If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please call us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. If your service needs to be shortened due to lateness, the full-service price will still apply. If rescheduling is necessary due to lateness, the 30% cancellation fee may apply. * How Fees Are Charged: * Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the credit card on file that was used to secure your appointment. Future appointments cannot be booked until any outstanding fees are settled. * For certain services or extended appointments, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice. * Please refer to our separate [Cancellation Policy/Booking Policy] for full details on appointment changes and no-shows. By booking an appointment and receiving services at AE Salon Studio you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this service policy.
